Teager Custom Homes is not a large production builder like many of our competitors, and frankly, we have no desire to be. Both owners have small children and place a large amount of value in family time. We complete 12-15 homes per year.
With a limited clientele base, we can take the time to design, communicate and manage your home to it's completion.
We strive to stay small with little overhead and boast a large group of the most professional subcontractors we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Our size may limit availability, but it does significantly improve our customer experience and the quality and value of our homes, with many appraising for more than building costs.
